Membership item to be put in shop so it will prevent scammers?

This has been suggested so many times, in my opinion is a great idea and should be implemented. I don't know the downside to it.

Not shure but, on the forum their is already a topic wich names the verified sellers. Keep that just updated and their would be no problem, also where would it be visible the badge? u can't trade it so u cant see it in trade. So where can u see the badge?
