Racism isn't just towards asians(not gonna repeat why there are not as much korean racism as you mentioned) It's towards blacks, mexicans, and asians, and white(almost none)
Just depends on where you live and the people you are seeing and how they react to different races.

I got used to racism, got in a fight on like the first day of high school cuz of that, now no one bothers to say anything racist.
