You can't buy coins from the game it self because that was a BOTS feature. Since the system is set-up for you to earn coins you have to buy coins from allie.
Here are the rates:
1$ per 10k coins
Over 20$ 15k coins per dollar
Over 50$ 20k coins per dollar
I'm not sure about the 50 but i know about the rest.

If any server is not there when you start, it's because it's either under maintenance or it's down. It'll be fixed shortly after.(most of the time)
You didn't get banned because when you start the first screen that comes up it will tell you your accounts and say whether they are a member and whether they are banned or not.

You did not get banned. The server is just down. A staff member will have to fix it, and if im correct that's redeyes or allie. I'm sure once they notice they will fix it.
