Title: A peek into interface editing
Post by: Redshadow on March 18, 2011, 12:27:54 AM
All right, I wanted to finish a new in-game chat box interface mod, but apparently the devs decided it would be funny to either hide the input box data or hardcode it into the client, for whatever reason. So, that's currently unchangeable (and may be forever unchangeable, though hopefully not).

Anyways, remember that tiny chat box packed into the bottom right corner of the screen in-game?

By the way, it took a LOT of testing just to get this far.

It was just meant to be an example of what can be done through interface editing. Through such, we can also modify the lobby, shop, rooms, etc. to a certain extent. If I could find the input box data, practically everything interface-wise would be customizable.

Chat box sucked nuts anyways, can you change the in-room box? That'd be nice. And remove w/e ad is in the corner.
