And have they seen the "Redeem" button at the bottom of the event page? Perhaps they could be thinking that the button in the upper right is what redeems the prize?

For what they told me, yeah, they clicked the redeem button at the bottom of the page.

I've never played on low channel precisely because of the exp rate.
I mean, I know that it's named "low" for a reason, but that's WAY TOO low.
But now I would not really play there. Even with an increase on exp. That thing is dead.
