its called "Should I remove it?"
it puts a list of all programs on your PC and tells you a rating of how good the program is and whether you should uninstall it or not
if you click it you can get more info and it tells you specifically why you should remove it and gives details about the program and etc
I tried it and found not many things were bad but its really cool and those with slow PCs may benefit from trying it

there's an app similar to cc cleaner for iphone and android called iCleaner :P
not sure how well it would work on android, but works great on iphone

I would rather recommend going to add or remove programs and removing things you don't need yourself. nexon game manager being higher than a program that doesn't even have an icon is absurd.

its like most other 'helps you pick things' apps and programs, it shows the most popular and least popular etc
it makes sure to say on the website that experts have input on it too so I don't doubt its accuracy

Which is horrible to base it on, because most people who lolinstall viruses and stupid things don't know how to uninstall them.

yes but all the non derps remove it, making it have a high removal rating, so the derps can tell that it should be removed
that's how the program works essentially, I guess
the non derps dont get derpy programs in the first place.
