So need some advice, my Internet is wired. And it shows enthernet unidentified network. Any solutions to fix this? Thanks.

hmm.. very interesting.
Perhaps double check the troubleshoot option on the connection icon? It sounds simple, but sometime sit really does give the best results :) (You might have tried it already haha, if so, give it one more shot! :P)

i wasn't going to go there, and i meant local tech shop and ring them.
