How can you make the people fast for sector? Was it the {Race} tag when you were mod?

cooky may use the {race} tag, he doesn't need to be a staff member

but it will be available to more people in a future update

If so, could I please have the honour to be able to use it?
I would love to also host race events, as i absolutely love Cooky's idea.
