Nope, it was meant to give 13. That is why Tricky said; "fix" thus indicating they fixed it from being op, however did not fix it because of a typing mistake. If it was a typing mistake, they would of fixed it way sooner. 

Nope, it was meant to give 3. It was an error that was left unchecked, an oversight.

Wow, talk about dum if that is true. How did they not notice... Think about how long DM has been out.

It is still better then a coin coin. I don't know why you guys are complaining. You guys just want everything Op. Be happy of what you got, some people do not even have the Dark Meto gun so your pretty lucky you do.
