Halloween is one of BC's larger events. There will more than likely be an event.

I must warn you that a good majority of BC's events occur after the actual holiday, so don't get depressed if we don't get an event by Halloween. And they usually will announce details for events either on the day that the event starts, or with very short notice, so I doubt we'll find out what the prizes will be any time soon, unfortunately :P
