And why is that?

The event should be beneficial to everyone irrelevant to how much money they have spent on the game. If someone has perm member and on of the biggest events of the year only yields membership what use is it to them?

maybe they could get snowballs to sell them?

Maybe, just  maybe you could implement this and get 1 day of membership per day of playing.
but definitely not every gift.

I agree, If you recieved member for every gift you got it would become too easy and the risk Is that players would prob farm it.

ofc they will farm it, it will be rare thing, we could put a limit...

I thought about that you can send gifts (same as candy with halloween event) but you have a chance to have membership 1 day as a gift (no, not snowball) and as you got more gifts as that your membership days will incrase.
example:
1st gift: -You have 1 days of membership left-
2nd gift:-You have 2 days of membership left-
3rd gift:-You have 3 days of membership left-

And so on..

EDIT: the membership days by gifts will have a limit for 3 days of gifts a day (especialy cuz its rare)

whise idea, but can't admins see what someones doing in room anyway?

Plus to give some privacy, the Admin/gm who is going in that room will be able to see only the dmg of the player who's playing without the "message" box..
