Yes, this is actually true. The blue base in Industrobe has more HP than the red base; the red base should have the same HP as the blue one...

op tag
stat cap tag
op tag will make it so people cant use their op merc, gun, all that shit
stat cap tag will cap everyones stat to a fair amount.
any stat that is over the set max will be capped to this max
any stat under the max will stay the same

my ram has 100 tg, 150 ta, 200 td
the stat cap only allows 90 tg, 100 ta and 250 td
my rams tg will go to 90, ta will go down to 100, and td will stay the same since it is below the cap

but with this a very high level, with only certain stats at a high level, can cap stats that are bad for him
for example a surge that hates ta and has a lot of td will cap all the td so hes covered on that side
Stat caps are a good idea because they allow players to use armor such as Elektra and T3 without having a ridiculous advantage. Basically, you can cap the amount of basic attack, attack in trans, HP, TA, TD, speed, etc. However, this only really works with the OP tag because you need the OP tag to ban items such as member flags that allow for patches/rams to get speed. For example, if you were to cap the speed stat at 1453, a surge (because member flags and other items such as S ef would be banned) with a higher speed stat would be moved down to 1453 speed. Bots with less than 1453 speed would be unaffected.

bot A is a patch and rely much on his td and ta to defend from bot B, which is a surge that uses his high speed at his advantage
if bot A (lets say he has 600 speed while B has 2000) uses the tag to cap speed at his own value (600) he wont be affected by the tag, but only bot B will
this way bot A can use the tag to his advantage only making the game even more unbalanced right?

I suggest that the mercs are better capeble of going backwards to own base becuase often u see that the mercs just stand in 1 line in front of base but wont attack the player attacking the base. They sometimes just stand their and do literally nothing.
The following things might also be usefull to add
-a lives tag which allows you to change the amount of lives mobs/players have
-a timer tag which makes you able to set a timer on the game, if the timer ends before there is a winner the game will be a draw
-nerf dh/turret/xab in bvb??
I like the idea to make a 1v1v1 / 2v2v2 map in bvb but not sure if people agree with me here.
Maybe make a new bvb map with not just a base but also defensive objectives such as turrets that defend the base which have to be destroyed before the base can be damaged, these objectives have only 1 live and can be enabled/disabled with a tag.

1) You don't know how to effectively move your mercs around. That's your problem.
2) Mercs have a specific AI that makes them react differently to players. Some mercs happen to be unresponsive defensively (Nimba AI).

a 3 base game wouldn't really work because theres 8 slots in a room and so you couldn't have 3 even teams unless they changed the amount of room slots

The only way 2v2v2 could work without the problm you mention is a triangle map with a base on each corner.

No baser wants a stupid-ass triangle map. We, the basers, want things to be rebalanced and a new map chosen by us to allow for more Bots strategies as well as new strategies (and thus, fun).
These shouldn't be suggestions but fixes right now in next update too balance base mode:
-Make HP/TD/TA of all bases in all maps equivalent to the blue base in Industrobe.
- Add Reaper flags, raid armor, tier 3 armor, +4 shield/shoulders/e.fs and armor above lv172 armor. (Elektra and below specifically) to the no op tag list.
-Add sector map lv149 as a base map
Stuff later on:
-Add walls and holes and expand other base maps for more variety.
-Put a small reward system in and be able to use the rewards exclusively for sector/pvp (maybe a something that'll increase chances of winning upcoming sector battles or pvp)

That's why i suggested 1: to add 1 more slot so it will be 3v3v3 and,
2: Add Lv. 149 to Base mode. this way it has enough space for the 3 bases, wich will look like this Base 1

Actually, this is true. Base would never get an update, especially when you consider how slowly sector updates are being made. Obviously base needs an update, but it's never going to get one. Base is not a profitable mode, largely because of how BC was designed. If BC had gone a different direction, base could've been profitable. However, ultimately, it's not really the admins' fault for lack of updates to base mode; it's the community's collectively. The community wanted (and maybe still wants... idk because I don't regularly check anymore) updates that just kept on making their stats better, and the admins ultimately just gave the players what they wanted. So, if you "really want to fix/update base," you're going to have to take a completely different mentality towards the game, which is realistically not going to happen.
So, regardless of what you guys claim you want, base is not going to get an update, and it will probably remain dead for the rest of BC's lifespan.
These are just my 2 cents from just being around this community forever, but I honestly think that what I said holds a lot of truth. That being said, I don't consider myself part of this community anymore.

Your quoting posts from 2013, considering it's now end of 2014. But yeah it's only unblanced because of the new sets and items. It was more balanced before, just needs nerfing and a re-balance but they got loads of things to sort out first.
What about a base mode where it's *set up*. There's one set to use for surge, one set for ram, and one set for patch that way it's automatic no op and people cant complain.

Your stereotypes of the bots is wrong. In this game, with the rules agreed upon by experienced basers, surges are the best overall. This is largely due to surges being able to stack
too much TG at this point. We got most of the really unfair stuff banned (+4 Omni/Discus, DH, II skills, raid armor, etc.). At this point, the only things that need to be changed to balance bots types is to change the stats E.F.s and minibots give. Neither E.F.s nor minibots should give TG. They should give HP, Crit, or SP. As such, +4 E.F.s and minibots should give only HP, Crit, and SP. Removing TG from these would reduce surges' TG and give rams their niche back. Regardless, +4 E.F.s and minibots should be added to the no OP items tag to increase build diversity. Having access to all 3 of HP, crit, and SP kills diversity in builds and removes personal preference in customizing your bot...
To put things in perspective, surges can get roughly between 1800-1900 TG, which is insane. Surges should have roughly 1400-1500
at most. Having an extended TG like this gives surges too much power with killing mercs. They are already great at killing things out of trans, so they shouldn't have a really long trans that gives them even better merc killing abilities, too.

Actually, SP needs to be modified to make rams more viable. The two T-Bot special transformations really screw rams over. SP can potentially be a huge boon for rams if it were reverted to its older format of just having Kowbat, Bugbear, Blaster, Mandragora, and Melissa.
