Also please note I decided to not differentiate between spamming and flooding I just decided to put spamming so some of these people may have flooded not exactly spammed.

When did my brother Spam? He plays the game once a week , and I supervise his gaming , and I've seen him only once joking about spamming , but he didn't spam.
Also many people here are not English so it seems to you as spamming , while in fact its a long sentence in their own language using English as their typing language. Such as saying I want to go to the bathroom then go back quickly:

u broke a lot of rules too

Thoses names are just people HE reported.
Not everyone who is on that list got punished or did somethign wrong.
It's not even an official list.
