To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

I'm getting this weird popup every few seconds after closing it. Think I uninstalled an important update >_>

Anyone know how to fix it? Tried installing .net framework again but didnt seem to stop it.

Also, I would suggest not uninstalling the .net frameworks, they are important for lots of applications to run!!

Just closing the error message itself. Whether I press Quit or Continue, it doesn't matter and it just pops up again a few seconds later.

I've learned that lesson now, but is there any way to fix it? ;/

It depends on what frameworks you have removed, or which updates.  You can try a system restore, which should, in theory reverse the uninstall of updates.
