Can i join if the guild is full?

Im active but i dont think I can see you guys when I am online but Im sure that I can reach that GP requirement.

I like to pvp and sector (depends on what I am told by the guild to do)

Ummmmm... changing the price to 10$ is still real world trading.

It can only be changed to In-game stuff like gigas,coins, other items, etc. 

Sorry but since the 13th rule here ( http://boutcheetah.zylongaming.com/index.php?topic=6256.0  ) states that
Real World trading is not allowed, Im afraid that deal is forbidden  

oh yeah, A deal of 30$ for a +7 elek set and 70m is impossible to make...
I mean 30$? for crappy stuff? kinda not worth it for me
