It's out and should be automatically updated to your forum page. Unless you are using the old theme? Maybe that's why it's not showing up for you? If that's the problem, just go to fix it at the place where you enable the old theme in the first place.

Oh. Yeah I see it now, choose the Forum/Default theme, although the picture looks the same as the Liquid Eloquence one, once you press it, it'll change to the new theme: "Shadow Lurking".

They both look the same and when Ross swap, also the amount of members using that theme are always the same, thus the same one.
