no...I'm pretty sure it's still a signature. You don't have a signature though, it's only a picture with background effects.
For the sig tho, that is bad. Even if you did make it in two minutes (not that hard because its two things you did) it's not good.
Make something with quality and put time into it or don't post because it won't get better.
