K but now seriously, using II skills will make look like the worst player ever. Not to mention that everyone will hate you and kick you out of their room.

Well, with this strategy you need to be GOOD.

Technically, II skills are better than no II skills. Think about that.

Anyone can buy a "II SKILL", that doesn't make them "good". II skills are mostly used in Sector mode. All it does in PvP is make people mad because your attack is higher. I've come across a few II users in pvp, but they have all lost. II Skills are looked down on in pvp.

Like Selene said when anyone go's in my room and I find out they have II skills in pvp, I ask them t take it off and if the refuse, I kick them.

The only thing you need is II active skill. Your enemy cannot have a II skill or this fails.

Mob is considered a II skill, compare the background of I skills, II skills and mob. Mob = same background as II, therefore considered as II. Also I = gigaz, II = coins, mob costs coins.
