Alright I have two suggestions:
1.) the in-game moderators gets a green forum name right? make their writing in-game green too, and for the FM's blue and Admins red and for CM Yellow and for GM's Orange.
2.) make the staff people typing in the lobby list in-game according to their forum name's color.

Not to mention  i don't think STAFF COLORS should be the problem anyone should focus on.... Who cares, as long as they are different from others color so you know what position/who they are then it does not matter one bit. Its fine the way it is.
