I dont know why but I have re-installed this game 5 times without having my Anti virus program on and I always get this error when I click to start the game from the Launcher.

Can anyone help me if you have had this problem before and know a solution.

Hello, you can add the boutcheetah folder to your antivirus's scan exception list, and that should resolve this issue.  If you need further help, just let me know.
