Hard to tell what's going on here but from what I can see you purchase $10 worth of ZC's don't know how that adds up to 4250 not to mention there is no 4250 option in the zylon shop only the 3250 option that you said you purchased. If you could explain the situation better I may be able to better help you. If you can't then you'll have to wait for Kenny to help you.

Hmm. In order to have 4.250 ZC, you would need to pay the 10$ option (1.000ZC) + 30$ option (3.250ZC). You showed us the 10$ transaction, would you have the 30$ one? Otherwise you have exactly what you bought, 10$ -- 1000ZC.

In case you actually bought +3.250ZC and it didn't show, I'm positive that Kenny will help you.
