For some reason when I equip these certain +6 arms they look like +7. Basically I was just transforming into a patch with the arms and they started blinking like +7 armor.

This is a common glitch with bots, their system for + items does not always work 100%, nor will it ever, unfortunately, thanks for the report nonetheless.
