What about a SOAP?!
There will be an item in shop for some gigas and after using that item, your set will glow and shine like +5 parts. If you say that only +5 sets should have the shining effects, we could apply this to other sets like metorium, raid, survival, (E), etc. Using this item doesn't glow all of your sets which you equip, instead, each of the soap will only effect a particular set which you want when you use it with the soap, and no other set will have it other than that particular set. After soaping a set, the effect of the set will remain forever. Maybe you can soap a single part, however, the price of that soap may vary.

it's at the same time good and not

Who all disapprove this are real f00ls.
Tbh, this is a great idea.

i'm a fool
-1 it would only add confusion
+5/+6/+7 is unique cus of the glowing, if there was item to give glow effect then it would be lame
put soap (a large piece) in ur throat and it will start glowing like a +9 unreleased admin set

dumb idea
-1 just cause it's perm
If it's not perm, then why not? ;D
It'd be fun indeed if these were temp / fun event item for only single parts. Probably would call it something other than soap, but the idea isn't half bad.
I'm only saying this because at one point or another there have been suggestions regarding cosmetic enhancements to the armor sets, but it's wishful thinking ;D
I personally think the game should be back to be, +6 dark, +7 glowing, that's it..
to use soap on items would be cool on pets, guns and shiz (or even make guns and pets glow if they're +4 (yeah make +4 gun))
but other than that -1.
