Ill start off with in game name is : biohazard4free and i originally played bots back when acclaim was running things. Now i was kicked off the game and got a message saying:

I have been auto banned for having 10 flags again unban date: (permaban)

First off i got no warnings whatsoever, and I've never been banned before and why is there 10 flags?. and if there is strict rules why is there no "refer to rules when you install game?" i was unaware of any rules associated with this game due to poor rule integration. I still do not see a clear reference to the rules on the forum so if somebody could post a link and maybe reconsider unbanning the account it would be greatly appreciated and i will follow the rules provided.

You get a flag every time you complete a level too fast I believe.

You get flags when you compete a level too fast. If so, you were hacking. Even if you didn't read the rules, when is hacking ever allowed in a game. You account will remain banned unless it is looked into and proven other wise. You are free to make a new account and start over.
