This render as well as the text look really LQ. Also it looks like you sharpened too much on the face and the hair. However, you blended the render into the sig really well and your usage of blurring and smudging really adds to the flow which is nice.
Pros- you did a great job on the text, the sig looks pretty cool overall.
Cons- the render is over sharped, and over brightened (you actually made his face white), and the random blurring on the hand doesn't look too good, when blurring try to be more careful.
I won't give it a rating since I'm not really good at these sort of things, but as I said it looks pretty nice.

To add on is what is the little yellow thing above is right eyebrow? Some smudging or something.

i like the signature but the text is to hard to read (mostly the little text part with king of ..(couldnt read that last part)
but because the signature is good i give it

The updated one is better imo. That being said, I think the smudging doesn't really fit in. Also, i'm not overly keen on the background choice. -Brighten up your sigs, dood. They all seem dark and gloomy. I really like the text.
I think it's time to move on, too. Look up some tutorials for new effects cause your potential skill is being held back by lack of knowledge. We've just scratched the surface of the gfx world, here.
