if i would chose 1 year Subscription, must i pay every year or can i cancel?

You can cancel but if you don't it automatically takes your money for another year subscription

So if u dint manually cancel it, it will take money from my account every year? How to cancel then?

If you don't know how to cancel it on your end, ask RedEyes(Santa) here to cancel it for you after it's been purchased.
