The high specs on TD for surges totally negates transformation skill...
As a community, I think we should discuss reducing TD on arm parts for the sake of PvP and aspects of BvB (ahem, the base gets hit 300 with trans and 1100 with a I skill?). C'mon...
Mid level PvP is the best (bladium +5 set and evade stats the way they were on the Acclaim forum). So much is lost in jump attack with an evade of 40-55.
