Looks like the Bladium head ate the Ram head...
I tried this with a coin head,came out with the same thing,looked like a hunchback...

I tried it with Ripper to, forgot to backup files, it was a jack head mod.. but it turned out with..

Ripper transformed into a..

pumpkin-like-raptor-orange-colored
head.

I had a better pic- A Hammerhead with one arm. But this one isn't what you see everyday either.
