since i stopped playing pokemon when they started releasing stuff for the DS, anyone wanna update me as to how you can play online, stuff thats banned from online play (pkmn, items), when you can unlock online play in all the ds games, participating in tournaments, etc.

shiny lvl 41  tangela appeared outside mt silver.
my lvl 52, guts ability, paralyzed, ursaring was out.
i used earthquake knowing it would do about 3/4 its hp. critical hit.

the only shiny i've ever faced legitly was a wingull in emerald as i was surfing past sootopolis.

i just thought the game was ****ed up and it looked retarded so i ran from it (didn't know about shiny's back then)

silver: ursaring in victory road. found while trying to get to elite 4. used masterball cuz so excited lol
ruby: loudred in victory road. found while training.
pearl: 2x shiny starly found 20 mins apart in route 201. found while looking for careful nature
soulsilver: none . cept gyarados but he doesnt count obv.
black: none
black 2: none
