I think best looking since its obvious which is the strongest :)
Hmm...Kinda confusing with Gavin having the same name color with the in-game mods.Someone might think he is a mod too xD.
On topic: Imo the best looking Surge sets are Sabercron/Bladium/Bladess Core.
