Allie is definitely around. The community is a powerful entity and it wouldn't be hard to pull together a community wide sponsored event in lieu of santa's absence. All she has to do is actually communicate with you guys.  It's holiday season, but despite all the stuff we've been through you have all kept this place alive and they owe you at least that much.

Agree, but then again this has been suggested all year long. I'm not really in a position to do much since I resigned and I don't want to go back on my word 

Saying that there aren't any candidates who should be selected isn't really true anymore. A good handful of you are worthy of mod and would probably be more active / accepted than our last mod who came out of no where hahaha.

Everyone is just growing apart    that and the amount of community outreach has dropped to near zero which explains the highly exponential decline from last year.

There's still a lot of unnecessary sketchiness going on after all these years. 

If both your Pay Pal and Visa Card are confirmed when this occurs then you need to contact Pay Pal because some Visa's won't work depending on the vendor / country / financial institution regardless of spending availability.

In essence, don't wait it out because chances are nothing will be done. I've done this before and you must seek the answer. I did it via e-mail because I hate waiting over the phone.

1) The market place for low-server is not half bad btw so you could easily obtain some good 4-7 tier items with the right amount of trading in high server.

2) Remember that high server used to go over capacity / crash during old events causing everyone to go to low. People having coin sets and rares in low server is not uncommon (like myself, I'm level 1 but have some pretty awesome stuff).

3) Anyone could easily buy zylon items and instantly be op. Either through high server trade or being rich idk.

After carefully reviewing everything I feel like the ban should be reverted to it's normal length of 2 weeks if not completely lifted like right now for all the trouble it's caused.

Reasons:
1) It's the admin / staff duty to swiftly and fairly make decisions. Saying that he's banned until allie can check his logs and make a verdict isn't right because you already know she's so preoccupied that she's probably not going to do it or tell us about it.

2) The ban parameters listed for glitching (as of may, 2014) is 3 days. It specifies it can lead to a permanent ban due to repetition, but you changed his ban to permanent status without allowing the first ban duration to expire.

3) We shouldn't suddenly martyr someone for glitching. There was never a consensus about suddenly handing out perm bans for glitching because we catch so many people doing it all the time. It needs to be discussed.

Although you spoke outside of BoutCheetah the subject matter was still concerning the game so that gives him full authority to reprimand you for any misconduct. That's like saying he unbanned you because you spoke outside the game...would that also not be fair then? Point made.

Anyway I also disagree with the permanent ban and since I apparently haven't been relieved of my duties as Head GM, you can send me the chat log and I'll review it with the other staff to make a fair decision.

Mine was when I was in the military and I was allowed to go home and see my family for the holidays for the first time in months. I finally had enough money to be the one who buys stuff for my GF and parents without worrying about being broke so I treated them everywhere left and right and probably blew like 3 thousand US dollars on them in one week, feeling proud of myself. 

I doubt anyone cares or if anyone watches American Ninja Warrior, but I got selected for the 2015 qualifying round in my area  
Hopefully I make it to the next round or at least not wipe out really bad on national TV (x

For the length of my time here you are indeed correct. It was always Friday / Saturday renders 2x EXP and Sunday was 3x EXP   unless they changed it or something. I remember during a holiday event once they had left 3x EXP on for like a whole week, but that's when the best exp you could get was from Jura's Requiem and playing the old raid map where you at least needed all 8 people to get max exp. Now that you can achieve max exp solo on 1x or 2x it's pretty sad.

Usually once you've asked for the position or you've made it completely obvious that you are aspiring to be staff the chances of you actually being recruited have become thinner. It's not a policy of mine, but just something that upper staff has taken into consideration in the past.

You have to either be very clever or good spirited to stand out. Anyone attempting to become staff can be screened with the answer to this one question:  What makes you any different than anyone else?  Anyone can report an obvious hacker, be friendly and give to noobs every now and again. Anyone can aspire to become a good grinder / pvper who stays online hours a day.

I won't lead you by saying what you should or shouldn't do beyond that because you must simply find your own way, however I do wish anyone luck   just don't force any awkward / out of the ordinary habits out of yourself in the process.

while I understand that the admins are under a lot of pressure, the game has become fairly small knit and the remaining bulk of players are grinders who are in the top guilds trying to raise their rank (of which hackers have no real threat to, guild wise). The remaining hackers are usually obvious and get banned in fair time. The priority should go to the promised updates in the mean time.

But you are right we could use a staff overhaul and I'm sure it's piled on the insanely huge list of things to do lol.
