Searched this topic and didn't find it so. If this is already in the works or something / I missed it then just ignore and lock.
PVP Tag's that aren't in BVB and what their uses could be.
1) Trans Mode - for entertainment purposes? seems fun
2) Infinite ammo - also just a neat tag that would be fun for noobs or for kicks / events
3) Max players - for the sake of not have to close every window
4) Bot speed - for fair fight purposes like in pvp
5) Enable chains - because people complain about this a lot
infinite hp for the lulz. in case people want to deck it out and go for base kills only.

No, base/pvp need a stat cap tag. That would make the game most fun and fair.
Also, those tags won't solve any problems that base has. Making every bot have the same speed solves 0 balancing issues because it simply makes rams/patches > surges.
Stat cap would make it all 3 bots closer to equal potential without nerfing/banning ridiculously powerful armor.

that would be cool if you could actually set stats across the board, but I thought it was too troublesome to suggest.

+1. But one shot kill is very op. Cuz you can go and destroy the base with the gun

I did like the bot speed, but now it seems unfair to surges, so i say +1 to everything you sayd on your list, exept Bot speed.
