If RT3 were to be released without a damage redistribution you could theoretically kill anyone in PvP / Base in like 2-3 hits (without using II skills) and defeating 258 within the minute threshold (which takes decent skill solo) would literally be super easy since you'd have so much HP and damage that the room for error is almost infinite for someone that level.

so yes the answer is not for a long time (if ever)

Quote from: AllieHowever, this raid gear is far superior to your standard T3 overload -- while it doesn't give the 40% XP bonus, the 250 raid gear will increase your power by (up to) 4! Worry not though, because in PvP scenarios this gear will cap down to prevent overpowered raiders.

Isn't this info accurate? I've noticed that rt2 isn't vastly superior to rt1 in PvP....

And 250 is still pretty tough to beat until we figure out the method. Nobody has been able to beat it yet...

I agree that who ever defeats 250 definitely deserves something, but they definitely didn't scale down rt2 for pvp. Against RT1 it still has a noticeable advantage and against anything else rt2 is basically an onslaught  :o

If they did scale down rt3 it would still have to be greater than rt2 unless they curved all raid armor together to either match or have slight stat increase over something like survival t3 (which also could use some work now) just for pvp and base purposes of course

a better idea imo would be to make rt sets special effect- u get the normal dmg in sector and in pvp you get t3 dmg only
would be much better- rt2 + II skill kill u in ~9 hits (without chains and x2 which most likely to happen) that means u die in 5 hits and its stupid and yea, some ppl use II skills in pvp sadly
if rt3 will be released rip pvp (base is already dead), pls dont ruin completly the only other game option left

and just to note that rt3 do 555 dmg while rt1 do 220(according to maxdmg on surge arms), x2.5 dmg really fair yea

Yeah, it should just be needed so that cap dmg for PvP is 219 t3 stats, or maybe just a small increase for each tier of raid armor in PvP...
