I only check my mailbox once a week, sometimes once every other week.. I always look at it and think "Man i really better go see if there's any mail today". Then i get sidetracked and go do something else. Never crosses my mind until a few days later where i repeat the same process. Finally when i find the motivation to check there's all kinds of bills overdue and important information i shouldn't have let pile up. This has been going on for the past few months. Really gotta stop doing this.
Anyway, that's one of the habits i wouldn't mind breaking.

General putting things of cause i can, instead of just getting them done while i can. Or when i get started and do something i can't stop til it's done, so it goes from not doing it at all to doing it so much i end up not sleeping. Hope this makes sense... o_o

Reminds me of how i let my laundry pile up sometimes. Then when i finally get around to it i'll end up cleaning the whole house instead if just doing my clothes.

true jet.. tried to make up the lack of sleep during the afternoon or late afternoon doesnt help either.. instead it made worse, causing me to feel energised at night instead of day time.. aware of this but still continue with the routine.. feels everywhere.. ???
i give away too much money to people. whether its online friends, people i barely know, or even complete strangers... i am always handing out my hard earned money. some day its going to really screw me over i just know it.

Anyway, one of my worst habits is being skeptical to do things I know that I can (like in the gym lifting weights or gymnastics wise)
It bugs me because I know better, yet I still psych myself out sometimes :o
