I think they mean the ones that you can get from any old barrel in any level.  The HP pack ones are from only 221.

But like 3 day coin items were fun.. why not use them still?

They just seem useless.... Players get coins from sectoring anyways, so it's not that hard to get a 7 day coin item.

i think its +1 because for low level players (not me lol) its be easier to have items if they want expect if somebody train them

A 30 days coin item is really cheap, and 1 day is even cheaper, you can get an 1 day items in a few sector runs.

Purple boxes are from 221, rb and hp packs. Anyways, 7 day coin items are pretty cheap, I don't think it even goes past 10k coins. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
