The account that has the DM is : "click"
The account that I want the DM to be transferred to is : "energized"

Do you have that item duplicate? as far as i know you have to put the 2x items in the inventory then wait for Admin Santa to transfer one to your other account.

looks like you didnt read,he said he have dm on his alt and he wants it in to the main
If you received a item THAT YOU ALREADY HAD during the event, and want it transferred to another account that you own, fill this out:
1.) Move both duplicate items to your inventory
2.) What was the name of the item?
3.) What bot name do you want the item transferred to?

Here's the thing, a few years back, when I used to play this game alot, I asked Santa to transfer my DM that I got from the event ( I believe Halloween) from the High channel to the Low channel ( same account, this one) and to this day, I still have that DM in my Low Channel account.
Now, the DM that I want to be transferred is the one from my alt, "click" and that DM is on the High channel.

I didn't say that, I said that the DM that I want to be transferred is in my other account and on the high channel, not the low channel.
I just mentioned the low channel because that's where my main account's DM was transferred to.
He has 2 DM gun.
- One in his main (HIGH CHANNEL)
- One in his alt (HIGH CHANNEL)
He asked Santa to move his DM gun on his main from HIGH to LOW
Now:
- One in his main (LOW CHANNEL)
- One in his alt (HIGH CHANNEL)
Now he wants to transfer his DM in his alt account, to his main account -- high channel, so:
- One in his main (HIGH CHANNEL)
- One in his main (LOW CHANNEL)

Bascically, it's simple as this items = untradeable was mentioned in post, so you get no reply mwahaha.

I was just kidding :), there's a lot of requests and seen as though he was busy with the event to come so maybe he'll be doing it an all in one after the update? Only he can truly answer
