10% of damage is healed back to your hp

Let's say you rush into a bubbleboy, you deal 700 dmg with your rush.
1% would be 7 hp. Thus you get 7 hp by dealing 700 dmg to that bubble boy.

you can read it and look at it. :3 none of the others are done yet. i checked myself
