with full hallo set you gain some speed, better then 166 +7 speed
also S EF adds +93 spd
Full halo set=halo set including halo shoulder,trans,shield?
Or just halo set makes increasing speed? but halo's body speed is just 211..isnt it?

Yes that's full set. Pretty sure if you wear a full hallo set it's as fast as dark surge+5 or 7
