Also you don't decide what is on-topic within a certain section just because it's your thread.

I don't like the strictness of the Report a Rule Breaker section. A lot of the time I have something to say about the topic that could maybe help but don't post because I don't want to get warned (even though I am).

Also, Purple said something helpful that was on topic. read his post.

i agree with the first part but my problem is that jarno was warned and his was just as on topic as purple but purple hasnt been warned

the rulebreaker section isn't for everyone to spam the thread with their useless opinions. The staff makes the decision 100%, not the users, and giving your opinion is useless spam and off topic. People are warned for this all the time because they make the mistake of thinking that giving their opinion is 'helping'. Its not, and its spam.

Well considering I was warned 4 months ago, they may have just 'refreshed' my warning.
