Everyone is just growing apart :-\ that and the amount of community outreach has dropped to near zero which explains the highly exponential decline from last year.
There's still a lot of unnecessary sketchiness going on after all these years. :(

so sad that this is true, i've always wanted to increase community outreach as much as i could, that's always been my goal, but sometimes the big bosses just gotta be in the mood to help this game
and yeah, the sketchiness too. hopefully 2k15 a better year? ingame isn't going too bad at least
