Selene warned me for that what I reported a rule breaker,so reporting a user who breaks rules and flames me is not allowed?
Explain me plz.

yeah also i got warned for going offtopic in report a rule breaker in a locked topic made by a spam troll, bc rules enforcement is so good when selene is watching! /actually its generally suckish XD
