I really want to become a member but all i have is a visa debit card and paypal doesnt accept that. Is their anyway we can use one to get a membership?

You can get Mastercard as 13 years old in my country. I doubt he's younger than that.

Not true. It does accept some debit cards. Again, my Mastercard is debit and I use it. Find out what age you need to be to get a Mastercard in your country. In my country it's 13.
I use visa debit card and it works.

I'm saying for you to make a payment to your paypal account using your debit.
The problem with gift cards is there may or may not be a waiting period on the confirmation for it. I remember having some issues with paypal and registering gift cards but I managed to make it work.

im probably late, but they do accept debit cards. make paypal account, link debit card, and wala, it will now use that as your funding source.

Yeah, you will probably have to check your online debit card account/bank account for the verification pin they send to it. They deduct like 20 cents with a code you have to enter as the description. Once you enter it, they automatically put the money back into your debit account. It works pretty good most of the time. Just never make a account with a fake name, as I did. Takes about 30 emails and 300 phone calls to get straightened out.
