Now this point of suggestion points towards speedy's suggestion and mentions his 4 numbers pin.
This suggestion can go towards deleting the account, meaning you have to insert a 4 number pin b4 deleting your  ( someone elses) account.
you probably saying "yeah but what if I 4got the pin" well, you're going to delete the account anyway, if you 4got the pin, make new one..

In order to do this, the scammer would need your details in which you should only give after you have received payment or if anything get a staff member to middle-man the trade. Correct me if i'm wrong, but i think Mod Max said he would happily middle-man trades to prevent scamming happening as often.

Perm member acc you've offered at least 1.5b worth of rares for so i'm going to say roughly you know how much you COULD get for it, but it all depends on how much you will get for it because of people buying and whose interested. Just depends on what people want which gives it, it's price. Perm member - 1b,  level 270 - 250m, metogun - 60m, metowing - 120m, top guild flag - 20m?, reaper set - 40/50m, rt1 set - 30m, t3 set - 15/20m, 100 snowballs - 120m.

So all in all my opinion on price i'd say 1.67b rounded so about 1.7-1.8bil i'd say i guess.

Like i said "used" too be able to. You can't now, but it depends on the admins whether or not  they decide too help someone under a given circumstance. But i wouldn't know, since i'm not admin just putting my opinion out.

Yes, but it would prevent them from deleting all your items in stash or you could make it so they need to enter pin to empty items.

Okay and your in-game account is the same as your forum account. If you forgot the code, how do you plan on re-setting it? Through forum? if so they have that password so they could easily reset the code themselves.

Sorry, but -1 from me. Even if it was just like a secondary pass after you log in, it doesn't prevent scamming. Also, if you did log in then enter it once in the game it doesn't stop people deleting the stuff you have in your inv or selling it too shop (or equipped items).
