He is wearing a MetoJack, but under it is a ROM Seeker (+1) head, which inverts its colors.
The equivalent for a surge is Byte-Stryker (+1), and DDR (+1) for a ram. The same effect is also present in body and arm parts too.
Parts with pluses higher than "1" have different effects, and parts with no plus have no special effects at all.
It's a known bug on the new sets. They shouldn't normally be inverting the colours.
