Pokemon has something similar to the marketplace here in BC.
There are multiple legendaries that I tink are untradeable. I know my celebi is untradeable.

it's legitimate since there was a gen 3 event for it. Just that the 6iv shinies I see floating around obviously aren't.

so apparently now there's a way to hack shinies and spawn every item in the game. Lati@site has been spawned a bunch but doesn't seem to be tradable due to it not being released yet.

Also, this same guy confirmed the shiny legendary color palettes in gen 6. Since they made it so that it's impossible to get a shiny in the game legitly (0 chance of getting a shiny), it's basically confirmed that they're going to be released as event pokes down the road.

Not for the 3ds, there aren't things like the Action Replay

Yeah Nintendo did a pretty decent job this time around to prevent hackers and what-not. Still no AR for the 3DS, but there's other exploits that can still be used.

I mean, we found out about the 3 secret legendaries in X & Y within 3-4 weeks of release. Relate that to the GBA games, we discovered every pokemon in the game within the first 2 days of release. (For Hoenn and even Sinnoh)

Not to mention the decent anti-hack system. You can't just use any pokemon in online battles now. Every stat and ID of a pokemon is checked to for it's legitimacy. You can still dupe and use hacked pokemon, but they have to be legitimate stats.
