Is Electra ++ the highest +?
Or does ++ = +2?
Or is there a +++++ for like +5?
Please explain how ++ works and if there is a higher + than ++, and is it possible to get electra ++ as a drop?

Yea, but even if it says +2, it has the stats of a ++ ( +5 ) if it shines on you.
