He says it's a bug but I don't really trust him. Also what I find wierd is when exactly right after I kill him he says "wow a bug" or something like that.

Happened to me before. I think it's just lag.

Yea it's just lag, you either have to wait a long time, suicide or make him d/c.

It's a bug with added lag. On his screen he is dead but you see him as alive and if you see him alive then the game can't end.
