#7 Since it's the best even tho' it has nothing to do with New Year.
My vote goes to the 3rd because it's so vibrant. You get a feeling of new year out of it.
But 4 was close.
7th is good but barely resembles new year. Is that a dragon from skyrim??????

Voting for 7, really close.
C&C on all the sig:
1- light source doesn't really blend with the render, the balloons and other c4d are too blurry and LQ it gives me an ick response.
2- I like the simplicity, really like this one.
3- Colors are good but the text ruins it for me. The "New" is unreadable.. I'm itching to just move the text to a better place.
4- I like the idea of this but don't really like the text itself.
5- I like almost everything about this one except for the messy C4d work at the bottom. Text is pretty amazing :3
6- I like the baby and the effect, lightning on the bay but the yellow colored cloud ruins it. It's pewp color D:
7- Realllyy like this one. The HQ of the render the the bg work. Text could be better though as to define the New Year theme.
8- ....meh.
9- Masterchief does ruin this whole sig..

HQ render always work for me, and I like the colors
#8. Anything made with paint just shows me you're willing to enter a contest with paint. Plus I like the color usage.
My reasoning for not choosing the others:
#1 looks adorable.
#2 looks like someone put some thought into it.
#3 looks like someone learned how to use paint brushes and screen.
#4 looks similar.
#5 has c4ds.
#6 could use a GM on SL.
#7 Lighting ruined it for me and the flow looks messy.
#9 Why is there a shadow on the text???

I'm voting for #4. Not the best but it cought my eyes and I have to say it's interesting.
