#7 Since it's the best even tho' it has nothing to do with New Year.

My vote goes to the 3rd because it's so vibrant. You get a feeling of new year out of it.
But 4 was close.

7th is good but barely resembles new year. Is that a dragon from skyrim???

2012 is the year of the dragon, therefor #7 has to do with new years.
