Why can't I run it without Admin shit?
I would assume it's because it's editing files and windows 7/8 requires you to have admin privileges to edit those files.

Admin Santa is currently away and Admin Allie probably has better things to do then to reply to your question that I already answered. Other staff members probably know about as much as I do and I am sure there's no way to get around running it as admin.
Pretty certain if you disable UAC you won't need to run it as Admin.

Pretty sure having to run it with admin permission is on windows' side, not ZylonGaming's.

What does authorization mean?
Authorization is the process of granting or denying access to a network resource :P

So actually BC just needs admin rights for Updating Windows Files and Updating other things?
BC uses certain methods of connecting to the internet. In your group policy the UAC does not want a user running a possible-virus that communicates over the internet. Therefore, your operating system requires administrative permission to run.
